(All digitally produced work is the sole intellectual property of B.R. Martin Photography, is subject to copyright laws, and is enacted upon agreement of future work to be performed. There are NO exceptions to this policy unless otherwise stated and mutually agreed upon prior to conducting business together.)

The above-named Photographer (hereinafter “Photographer”) hereby warrants being the legal copyright owner in the Work described below:
Photography Session/s: Any and all interior/exterior real estate and architectural photography, videography, 3D imaging, drone, and all other media captured (unless explicitly specified), including both still imagery, video, and any other digitally produced media, remains protected under copyright during and after allowable use (see below) concludes.
Photographer hereby grants permission to Client and his/her/their/its (‘hereinafter “Grantee's”) Photo Laboratory of choice to make reproductions of the completed work in accordance with the following use(s):
Single listing/marketing for the purpose of listing/leasing/selling/buying a home or property. Images may be used for approved marketing of a single listing or single venue and remain the intellectual property of B.R. Martin Photography, LLC upon closing/removal of the listing. Further use of any intellectual property must be licensed on a per-case basis.
Furthermore, the grantee understands and acknowledges that Photographer is the permanent copyright owner of all media produced and any unauthorized use and/or sale of the above-described work causes damage to Photographer and Grantee may be held liable for such damages.
The use of digital files provided by B.R. Martin Photography, LLC releases the Photographer and any related entity from any liability due to loss of or damage to the images and also releases the Photographer from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital files for any length of time following the legal and intended use of produced media. Files may be maintained for commercial and marketing purposes and/or to promote B.R. Martin Photography, LLC. Grantee hereby grants Photographer the right to use and publish all media produced during session/s described above. Photographer may revoke permission to all produced media at any time and for any reason. Photographer retains all copyrights to the media and derivative works thereof unless explicitly specified in writing before the media is produced. Conducting business transactions acknowledges Grantee's understanding of the full Copyright Policy.
